In honour of its achievement, and to thank its community of Heroes who have helped the studio become what it is today, Yoga Hero is hosting a special “Superhero Flow” on 7th April. The flow will be taught by founder Holly, and will bring together the Yoga Hero community to celebrate the joy of Yoga together.
In addition, Yoga Hero is hosting a huge giveaway in the days leading up to the Superhero Flow, including free gift vouchers, Yoga equipment and even a year’s free membership to the Studio worth £600.
Set in the heart of the Leeds Dock regeneration, Yoga Hero has built a dedicated community offering Yoga in all its forms to the people of Leeds and beyond. Starting its life as weekly classes taught by founder Holly in Leeds Trinity Church, the Studio underwent a £100,000 renovation in 2017, now offering more than 30 classes and workshops every week, as well as a vast range of Yoga teacher training courses from some of the world’s leading Yoga specialists.
Commenting on the 10th birthday celebrations, Holly McFee, founder of Yoga Hero, said: “Having any business make it to ten years in this current climate is truly something to celebrate. Yoga Hero began as just me carrying mats around town offering Yoga to a small bunch of people. To see what it has become now makes me beyond proud, and much of that is thanks to our amazing community.
“Over the past ten years we, like every small business, have had our share of challenges. From managing a huge refurbishment project to of course the pandemic. Those years hit our industry hard, at a time when people probably needed Yoga more than ever. Like the rest of our industry, and like countless other small businesses, we’re still feeling the after effects of the pandemic, but as long as we have the support of our Heroes we’ll be here to offer Yoga to all who want it.”
