Trinity Kitchen is set to host an exciting line-up of street food vendors from Monday, 25th November, offering a wide range of dishes from schnitzels and smoked brisket to vegan fish and chips. The new vendors will join for an eight-week residency, serving up their dishes from converted vehicles, including a VW Camper Van, Citroën H van, horse trailer, shipping container, and J7 van.
Among the latest arrivals is Saving Nemo, making its debut at Trinity Kitchen with an innovative take on fish and chips. Their 100% plant-based menu includes award-winning options that promise to impress vegans and non-vegans alike.
Luna’s Schnitzel brings European flair to the line-up with golden chicken schnitzel sandwiches, customised with a choice of sauces and toppings.
For slow-cooked perfection, Pickled Porker Smokehouse offers 12-hour pulled pork and 16-hour smoked brisket burgers, served in crispy buns or piled onto loaded fries with rich, flavourful sauces.
York-based Fat Cap specialises in handmade artisan pies inspired by medieval recipes, featuring flaky shortcrust pastry and locally-sourced fillings for a hearty treat.
Rounding out the line-up, Nelly’s Barn delivers West Country-inspired street food with a focus on locally-sourced ingredients, including 28-day dry-aged beef burgers and vegan alternatives.
These vendors will join Trinity Kitchen’s permanent eateries such as Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and the recently introduced ThatZiki.
