The Sparrow Bier Cafe
The Sparrow was the first bar to land on North Parade and it led to the revival of the street as a key part of Bradford’s social scene.
Having changed ownership recently and had a refresh inside, there is a selection of Kirkstall Brewery on hand pull, plus an ever changing range of cider, real ale and craft beers.
Food wise there’s locally sourced pies with pickles, and meat and cheese platters with ingredients sourced from Roswitha’s Deli in Oastler Market.

The Record Cafe
The near neighbour of The Sparrow, The Record Cafe is the perfect complement with an ever exciting bar and ever changing selection of real ale, craft beer, cider and gin.
Upstairs you will find a vinyl record shop plus don’t miss the charcuterie counter for a fine selection of continental meats and cheeses.
The Record Cafe also hosts quiz nights and music sessions so there is always something going on.
The Peacock Bar
The Peacock Bar has brought its own unique vibe to North Parade, there’s an Indian theme, and that is reflected in the amazing street food that is served up daily.
Like The Sparrow and The Record Cafe, The Peacock Bar always has an ever changing bar with an exciting choice that helps keep this bar busy all day long.
Upstairs, browse the art gallery which changes monthly, plus there’s a selection of vintage and retro items along with regular events including a quiz night with free curry.
Al’s Dime Bar
Al’s is like no other, it has brought an americana vibe to Bradford and the atmosphere here is totally unique.
Their main speciality is cocktails, however there is something to suit all tastes with gin, spirits, wine, lager and beer aplenty.
Live music is a mainstay at Al’s, and most Friday and Saturday nights there’s somebody playing some fantastic tunes which help make this bar one of the most popular in town.
Alibi
Alibi is set within Sunbridge Wells, Bradford’s underground world of pubs, bars and eateries.
