We’ve collaborated with a few of our favourite Yorkshire brands (plus one from across the pond) to share with you a selection of delicious cocktail recipes that are easy to make at home…

HACIEN Pineapple Tequila 50ml
Agave Syrup 20ml
Fresh Lime Juice 20ml
Add HACIEN Pineapple, agave syrup and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake well for 15 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge

1 Bar Spoon Slingsby Marmalade Preserve
35ml Marmalade Gin
15ml White Rum
Handful of Mint Leaves
½ a Lemon diced into 4 pieces
Splash of Soda
Muddle the Lemon and Preserve until all the juices and the preserve are well mixed.
Add ½ glass of crushed ice, Rum, Gin and Mint leaves and stir vigorously to mix all together.
Add another ½ glass of crushed ice, and soda then stir vigorously again.
Top the glass with a cone of crushed ice and garnish with a slice of orange and a mint sprig.

The New York(shire) Sour
60ml Filey Bay STR Finish
30ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple sugar syrup
1 egg white
20ml red wine, preferably Rioja
Add all ingredients to a cocktails shaker plus a handful of ice
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Pour through a strainer into a glass
Garnish with lemon and extra ice if required

Chocolate & Orange Espresso Martini
25ml York Gin Chocolate & Orange
15ml Tia Maria
Shot of espresso (strong coffee is fine!)
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice (to cool the coffee) and shake vigorously
Strain into a Martini Glass
Garnish with an orange wheel or a segment of chocolate orange

50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka
20ml Fresh lime Juice
20ml Thyme Syrup, see below
Fresh Mint Leaves
100g Caster Sugar
20g Fresh Thyme
Begin with the syrup. Add the sugar & water to a small pan and heat over a low heat to dissolve.
Once dissolved, increase the heat and boil for 3-5 minutes or until syrupy.
Add the fresh thyme and allow to cool to room temperature. Steep for 12 hours then strain into a bottle, discard the thyme and store in the fridge.
When ready, add the vodka, lime juice, thyme syrup and fresh mint leaves to a Boston Shaker, add 8 ice cubes and shake for 20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled champagne flute, top with prosecco and serve garnished with fresh thyme & mint.

50ml White Rum
20ml Lime Juice
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 handful of fresh strawberries
Add all the ingredients, including the Crushed Ice, to a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds, until the cocktail is smooth and no lumps remain.
Scoop into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

50ml Kraken Black Spiced Rum
200ml Ginger Beer
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
Add cubes of ice to a highball glass
Pour ingredients over ice
Garnish with a wedge of lime
