Turtle Bay is spicing things up with a fresh twist on its much-loved Bottomless Brunch. The Caribbean-inspired restaurant has rolled out new dishes, opened up its full brunch and lunch menu, and kept all the good vibes that fans keep coming back for.
The new line-up brings bold island flavours to the table, starting with the star of the show: Breakfast Rotis. These hand-rolled flatbreads are filled with your choice of smoky bacon, fiery jerk sausage, or vegan sausage, teamed with fried egg, sweet plantain, sautéed mushrooms and sweet chilli jam.
Also making their debut are two new brunch takes on familiar favourites. Smashed Avo, Poached Egg & Bacon on Sourdough brings the heat with a kick of scotch bonnet, while Ackee on Toast gives Jamaica’s national fruit a new spin with peppers, onions and a gentle touch of spice.
In a first for Turtle Bay, guests can now pick from the full Brunch & Lunch menu during Bottomless Brunch. That means more choice than ever, with everything from small plates to full-on flavour feasts. Think Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken that’s been marinated for 24 hours, and a refreshed selection of burgers and wraps.
As always, the drinks keep flowing. Guests can enjoy two hours of bottomless cocktails, prosecco, draught lager, and low or no-alcohol options. All were served with the usual dose of laid-back beats, Caribbean hospitality, and maybe even a game of dominoes on the side.
Bottomless Brunch is available every day, with last sittings at 5pm (3pm on Saturdays). It’s a perfect excuse to catch up, tuck in and sip the afternoon away.
