Trinity Kitchen is turning up the heat this summer with five exciting new street food vendors, each bringing bold flavours and creative dishes to the heart of Leeds. Running until Sunday 27 July, the latest arrivals are serving from Trinity’s iconic converted vans and trailers.
Fat Cat Bao is serving up fluffy bao buns filled with chicken or tofu, topped with fresh garnishes and paired with loaded fries. House of Parmo offers golden, breaded chicken generously layered with creamy béchamel sauce for something indulgent.

Back after a two-year break, Wagyu Lookin’ At? is delivering Yorkshire wagyu burgers and dirty fries stacked with slow-smoked meats. Shouk brings a vibrant taste of the Middle East, with crispy falafel, halloumi, juicy shawarma and their signature loaded fries. Rounding out the mix, Niko’s Comfort Kitchen is all about hearty favourites, including rich mac and cheese and loaded tater tots.

Theo Jefferson-Brown, Food & Beverage Retail Manager at Trinity Leeds, said:
“Trinity Kitchen is more than just a food destination – it’s a buzzing social hub for your summer catchups with friends, family or colleagues in the heart of the city. Whether you’re in the mood for a juicy burger, craving the punchy flair of Asian-style street food, or feel like exploring something completely new, we have you covered.”
These new names join the permanent food offering at Trinity Kitchen, which includes Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, PizzaLuxe, and Clapping Seoul, known for its Korean fried chicken, cheesy corndogs and rice bowls.
