Six by Nico, known for its ever-evolving six-week dining experiences, is shaking things up with a fresh new twist in their latest “versus” series. For the first time, diners will be able to choose between two distinct tasting menus, each running for three weeks.
Starting on 12th August, the restaurant will launch its “Guilty Pleasures” menu, a celebration of indulgent comfort foods. From Cheesy Beano Croquettes to Warm Cookie Dough, this menu is designed for those who crave luxurious twists on classic favourites. Highlights include “Cheeseburger & Chips” with Aged Beef Tartare and “Nico Fried Chicken” served with Buffalo Fried Chicken add-on options.
Following this, from 2nd September, diners can embark on a culinary journey through Shanghai with a menu inspired by the vibrant street food scene of the city. Expect dishes like “Mantou Steamed Bun” with Char Siu Beef, “Xian Mushroom Pancake,” and “Seaweed Cured Coalfish.” An add-on of Mandarin Spare Ribs promises to further elevate the Shanghai experience.
Chief Creative Officer Andrew Temple explained, “This new concept allows us to offer a choice between two distinct experiences, reflecting our commitment to both innovative and regionally inspired cuisine. We’re excited to see whether our guests will lean towards the decadent comfort of Guilty Pleasures or the adventurous flavours of Shanghai.”
