Spring Dining Experiences Launch at Harvey Nichols Leeds

Harvey Nichols Leeds is welcoming the new season with two standout dining experiences at the Fourth Floor Brasserie, led by Head Chef Lee Heptinstall.

Spring Set Menu – £35 per person

Available now, the three-course Spring Set Menu combines bold seasonal flavours with fresh, vibrant ingredients. For £35, guests can enjoy beautifully crafted dishes such as whipped goat’s cheese with confit garlic crostini or cured chalk stream trout, followed by mains like pan-fried plaice with apple and baby gem salad or spinach tagliatelle with sun-blushed tomatoes, mozzarella and truffle sauce. Each meal is paired with a Brugal Dominican 88 cocktail for a perfect springtime finish.

Chef’s Tasting Menu – £65 per person

For one night only this spring, and on two additional dates later in the year, diners have the unique opportunity to indulge in a specially curated six-course tasting menu by Head Chef Lee Heptinstall. The event, taking place on Friday 16th May, promises an elevated take on classic dishes, creatively reimagined and served in an elegant setting. The tasting menu is priced at £65 per person, with an optional drinks pairing available for an additional £30.

Guests are invited to arrive from 6:45 pm, with the first course served promptly at 7:00 pm. Future dates for this exclusive experience include Friday, 11 July, and Friday, 10 October.

Reservations are now open for all dates, and guests are encouraged to book early to secure their place at these highly anticipated spring events.
