As summer heats up, Trinity Kitchen is turning up the flavour with an exciting new line-up of street food vendors, blending beloved favourites with fresh, tantalising tastes. Starting from today, Tuesday, July 23rd, food lovers can indulge in this culinary carnival for the next nine weeks.
A Feast for Every Taste
Headlining the new arrivals is Burgerarti, a haven for burger aficionados. Known for their juicy smash burgers stacked high and served with loaded fries, Burgerarti promises to be a hit.
Cheese lovers are in for a treat at the Cheesy Chip Shop. Courtesy of the team behind the renowned Cheesy Living Co. in Leeds city centre, their menu is a dream come true. Think truffle carbonara fries with a decadent mix of Parmesan, Pecorino, pancetta, and truffle. The offerings don’t stop there – sides like mac ‘n’ cheese bites, jalapeño poppers, and halloumi fries make this a must-visit spot.
Hong Bao Asian Street Food is back with a delectable array of traditional Chinese dishes. Sizzling pork skewers, homemade vegetable tempura, and a variety of curry dishes are just a taste of what’s on offer.
For those craving Pan-Asian delights, Yoi Fried Chicken delivers. Their menu features fiery chicken bao buns and burgers, topped with mouth-watering sauces like creamy peanut satay and Katsu curry mayo.
Rounding out the line-up is Yard Dog, bringing back their crowd-pleasing hot dogs and mac & cheese.
Permanent Delights
Adding to the excitement, ThatZiki is set to take over the former Absurd Bird unit with a permanent residency. Look forward to scrumptious gyros with fillings like 24-hour marinated chicken, pork, grilled halloumi, and vegan options, all topped with house-made sauces.
This stellar line-up joins Trinity Kitchen’s permanent eateries, including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and Doner Shack, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate.
