Trinity Kitchen has announced a mouth-watering new line-up of street food vendors, with a mix of returning favourites and exciting newcomers ready to tantalise your taste buds. From Monday, September 23rd, visitors can dive into a diverse range of flavours for the next nine weeks, with each vendor taking over Trinity Kitchen’s iconic converted vehicles, including a VW Camper Van, Citroen H van, horse trailer, shipping container, and J7 van.
Making a much-anticipated return is Spuds ‘n’ Bros, serving up the Canadian classic, poutine. With an array of toppings and even gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian gravy options, it’s a crowd-pleaser for everyone. Another fan favourite, Luigi Street Food Italiano, is back with its famous calzone-style pizzas and indulgent cheese and tomato fried risotto balls.
Joining the line-up once again is Tikk’s Thai Kitchen, offering authentic southern Thai street food, including irresistible steamed bao buns filled with aromatic duck and hoisin or crispy cauliflower and sriracha mayo. For those craving burgers and more, Little Red Food Truck will satisfy with its handmade smash burgers in toasted brioche buns, alongside fried chicken, fries, and a selection of beers and cocktails. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are also available.
New to Trinity Kitchen this season is Tonkatsu, serving up delicious katsu dishes and gyozas, perfect for anyone looking to try something new.
These fresh faces will join the permanent eateries at Trinity Kitchen, including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and the recently arrived ThatZiki.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, commented: “We are thrilled to introduce our new line-up of street food vendors, including some returning guest favourites as well as exciting new offerings. There’s something for all guests to enjoy at Trinity Kitchen.”
