Aldi is on the lookout for fresh talent, as the supermarket giant launches a major recruitment drive for its 2025 apprenticeship scheme. As the UK’s fourth-largest supermarket, Aldi is offering a range of apprenticeships in both store and warehouse roles, providing industry-recognised qualifications alongside competitive pay. Store Apprentices will start at an hourly rate of £8.61, rising to £12.07, with those inside the M25 earning slightly more at £8.84 per hour, increasing to £12.72. Meanwhile, apprentices in warehouse roles can earn up to £11.18 per hour.
