West Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a stabbing which took place in Leeds early this morning. Officers were called at 3:20am to the junction of Call Lane and Duncan Street, where it is believed the incident took place.
Two men aged 29 and 31 were taken to hospital with serious injuries and a 34 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding.
Detective Inspector Amanda Wimbles of Leeds CID said:
“I know this incident will have caused concern but we do believe it to be targeted and have increased the number of officers in the area. “
