Christie & Co, a specialist business property adviser, managed the sale, bringing the hotel under the ownership of the Harrison family, who have extensive experience in the hotel industry.
Hellaby Hall, a 17th-century manor house, is celebrated for its blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Set amid picturesque gardens, the hotel offers 89 stylish rooms, including executive and deluxe suites, which attract a wide range of guests, from business travellers to families. With an award-winning restaurant, bar, lounge, and luxurious wellness facilities—including a swimming pool, spa, and gym—the hotel has become a cherished venue for both locals and visitors.
Located near Rotherham, Sheffield, and Doncaster, the hotel is also a popular choice for weddings, celebrations, conferences, and corporate events, establishing itself as a versatile venue in the region.
