Organisers of Leeds Pride have announced the first wave of acts set to perform at the 2025 event, taking place on Sunday 20th July. Headlining the main stage will be chart-topping band Liberty X, who will perform their biggest hits alongside pop favourites the Cartoons and West End sensation Queenz the Show. Joining them will be popular dance music artists Kelly Lorena and Booty Luv.

The announcement was made at the official Leeds Pride pre-festival campaign launch at Harvey Nichols, attended by Lord Mayor Councillor Abigail Marshall Katung, along with Emmerdale stars Ash Palmisciano and Natalie Ann Jamieson.

After a record-breaking 2024 event, which saw over 80,000 visitors and support from 238 businesses, Leeds Pride is aiming to go even bigger this year. Plans include an expanded food offering, more parade floats, a larger artist lineup, and an extended celebration throughout the city centre.
Jet2holidays has been confirmed as the headline sponsor for the second consecutive year, continuing its support of one of the largest free one-day festivals in Yorkshire. Now in its 19th year, Leeds Pride has grown significantly, attracting increasing numbers of allies from across the UK and beyond.

The 2025 festival will feature a packed programme, including artist performances on Millennium Square and Lower Briggate, a huge parade, the Viaduct Street Party, and the newly introduced Leeds Pride Ball. Taking place at Bibis on Friday 11th July, the Pride Ball will offer an evening of fine dining, live entertainment, and music.
Additionally, many food and drink venues will participate in the Eat Pride, Drink Pride initiative, offering exclusive discounts via wristbands available online for just £5.
Further acts will be announced in the coming months, with organisers promising even more exciting performances and entertainment.

Leeds Pride spokesperson Terry George said: “Preparations for this year’s Pride are in full swing, and we are thrilled to have Jet2holidays supporting Leeds Pride 2025 as headline sponsor for the second year running. Each year, the city surpasses itself in supporting Leeds Pride, and last year’s record-breaking event created an incredible atmosphere. We have plenty more surprises planned for this year’s festival.”
Gavin Forth, Marketing and Digital Director at Jet2holidays, added: “Jet2holidays is very proud to support Leeds Pride 2025 as headline sponsor again. Celebrating diversity in our amazing city was fantastic last year, and as a major regional employer, we are excited to be part of this year’s celebrations.”
