A brand-new Reformer Pilates studio is set to open in Leeds city centre, bringing a fresh take on full-body fitness to the heart of the city.
PILAT3S, launching on Saturday 21st June, promises dynamic, expert-led classes in a stylish and supportive setting, just a two-minute walk from Leeds Train Station.
Located at 68a Wellington Street, the new boutique studio is tucked beneath street level, sharing the address with sister brand TRIB3. The intimate, 500 sq ft space houses eight Reformer beds, state-of-the-art equipment, and a team of expert instructors delivering focused, results-driven workouts.
PILAT3S offers three signature class styles designed for all fitness levels:
- Align – A slower-paced session with rotation and stretch-based movements, ideal for improving flexibility and recovery.
- Tone – Faster flows and pulse sequences to sculpt the body and raise the heart rate.
- Power – Strength-building routines that incorporate dumbbells and compound movements.
Classes also feature curated music and immersive studio technology aimed at supporting both physical strength and mental wellbeing.
Founder Tom Hampton said: “Our goal is to offer something different from Traditional Pilates, making it more accessible, engaging and dynamic for individuals of all fitness levels. Guiding members to build strength, balance and confidence through every class.”
Female-only sessions will also be available throughout the week, and the studio will open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 8 pm, and weekends from 8 am to 12 pm.
To celebrate the launch, new members can get 25% off all classes using the code PILAT3S25OFF.
