After a day of fun, guests can relax in Calvert’s Restaurant, where autumn-inspired dishes featuring Wensleydale cheese take centre stage. From 28th October to 3rd November, it’s also Sausage Week, adding even more hearty options to the menu. For Halloween, diners can enjoy seasonal favourites like Pumpkin & Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Quiche and Pumpkin Soup topped with crumbled Yorkshire Wensleydale.
