Shoppers in Harrogate can now take advantage of Primark’s Click & Collect service, as the retailer completes its rollout across all 187 stores in Great Britain. The service is now available at the Cambridge Street store, allowing customers to browse and shop online for the first time before collecting in-store.
The new service offers access to a wide range of products across womenswear, menswear, kids, and home, including collections usually only found in larger stores. Shoppers can now order popular lines like the Paula Echevarria range, The Primark Edit’s 100% linen pieces, and adaptive clothing options.
Kari Rodgers, UK Retail Director at Primark, said: “Now, wherever you live in Great Britain, you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store that suits you. We’re thrilled to have now completed this rollout ahead of the summer. Whether you’re after a suitcase, a swimsuit or matching holiday outfits for the whole family, Click & Collect makes your summer holiday shopping even easier.”

Customers can select a convenient day to collect their order up to seven days in advance. Orders are ready for pick-up two days after being placed, with a minimum spend of £10 and no delivery charge. A dedicated Click & Collect desk in-store also allows customers to pay for any extra items they find while skipping the main tills.
Primark says Click & Collect is part of its wider push to offer more choice and convenience, while also encouraging people to visit their local high streets. Research by Public First found Primark contributes £2.6 billion to the UK economy and supports 54,000 jobs. It also revealed that every £10 spent at Primark generates an extra £3.60 for surrounding shops and services, helping drive a further £1 billion in local retail spending and £500 million in hospitality.
Click & Collect is now live in every Primark store in Great Britain, offering a new way to shop at one of the country’s most visited retailers.
