Primark’s Click & Collect service has officially launched at its York store in Monks Cross Shopping Park, joining four other newly added locations and bringing the convenient service to a total of 92 stores across Great Britain. With this expansion, Primark aims to make shopping even easier for customers this holiday season.
The Click & Collect service allows customers to browse thousands of Primark’s bestsellers online, covering a range of departments including women’s, men’s, kids’ clothing, and homeware. Shoppers can place their orders on the Primark website and then collect their items at their nearest Click & Collect location whenever it suits them.
This is all part of Primark’s broader push to expand the service in time for Christmas, with plans for over half of its UK stores to offer Click & Collect soon. Kari Rodgers, Primark’s UK Retail Director, said: “Our Click & Collect service has proved really popular, so we’re excited to roll it out even further. It means shoppers can easily order their items from home and pick them up at a time to suit them, and is a great way to make Christmas shopping a little easier this year.”
Celebrating its 50th year on the British high street, Primark’s first store opened in Derby in 1974, and it now operates 185 locations across Great Britain.
