A brand-new Reformer Pilates studio has opened in Leeds, launched by The Apprentice 2024 winner Rachel Woolford in partnership with Lord Alan Sugar. The studio, located next to her existing North Studio in Roundhay, expands the popular fitness brand with an additional 120 classes per month, focusing on small-group, personalised Pilates sessions.
Rachel first announced plans for the new studio in January, marking her first joint venture with Lord Sugar since securing his £250,000 investment on The Apprentice. The expansion builds on the success of North Studio, which she founded in 2020 and later extended to Harrogate in 2021.
Commenting on the launch, Rachel said, “This is a really exciting phase in the North Studio journey, and to have Lord Sugar as a partner in our expansion is a dream come true. We’ve been overwhelmed with enquiries about the new studio and classes are filling up fast. The new space looks incredible, and we can’t wait to welcome clients old and new.”
The new Reformer Pilates studio follows North Studio’s boutique fitness model, offering expert-led classes tailored to individual abilities and goals. Members benefit from a wide range of sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming, community-focused environment.
As well as state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and experienced instructors, the studio features a Refuel Kitchen, serving coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, and energy-boosting shakes.
