Whistle Punks Axe Throwing to launch Bottomless Brunch in Leeds and there are 300 FREE tickets up for grabs!

The UK’s original urban axe-throwing brand Whistle Punks is launching a Bottomless Axe-Throwing Brunch in Leeds on Sunday 31st July. Fuelled by delicious cocktails, contemporary craft beers and irresistible sourdough pizza, ‘Sunday Sessions’ is set to be the most visceral bottomless brunch in the UK. There’s no other experience quite like a 70-minute axe-throwing competition with your best mates and now it just got better with unlimited amounts of eats and drinks.

To celebrate, 300 free tickets have been released for the launch date on a first come first served basis. Book your free tickets at whistlepunks.com using the 100% discount code ‘SUNDAYBRUNCH’.

In 2016, Whistle Punks was the first brand to bring urban axe throwing to the UK and has continued to innovate ever since. To date, over 15 million axes have been thrown across four existing sites in Vauxhall, London, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol. The brand’s unique scoring system and experienced hosts have
set the standard for this high-octane sport. Each axe throwing session is led by an experienced instructor with a brief masterclass followed by practice throws and a full tournament to crown an ultimate champion.

The Leeds venue launched in 2021 during difficult times for the hospitality industry but has already proved to be a great success. Now it steps up its offerings with four bottomless brunch sessions at 11:20am, 12:40pm, 2pm and 3:20pm every Sunday from 31st July onwards. Bottomless drinks will be available for the full two hours and beers and cocktails can be ordered direct to your lanes. Each session costs £30 per person with 70-minutes of axe throwing followed by 50 minutes of bottomless pizza.

The bottomless offerings are first class, with mouth-wateringly fresh sourdough pizzas topped with lashings of great ingredients from prosciutto ham to ventricina salami via artichokes as well as vegan offerings such as creamy mozzarella and Italian sun-dried tomatoes. The drinks, too, are carefully curated and include Whistle Punks Lager, Bloody Marys, Aperol Spritz and Prosecco. Alongside the bottomless offerings is a range of superb cocktails from classics like Negroni to modern delights such as the Tropical Trickshot with bourbon and cream soda and Bullseye with red grapefruit aperitif which can all be ordered at their usual prices.

“I think a large part of the appeal is that it feels like something you shouldn’t be allowed to do. It’s a visceral experience which is physical without being too demanding. It all takes place under the close watch of our instructors who make sure everyone stays safe while having a truly unique night out. With our brand new Axe Brunch launching at Whistlepunks Leeds we feel we’ve put together the most high-octane brunch experience in the city,” says Co-founder Jools Whitehorn.

As well as having fun, every visit to Whistle Punks helps the environment: For every ticket bought a tree is planted through ecologi.com, which means axe throwing is a simple but impactful way for you to do your bit towards reversing climate change, all while having a great time and at no extra cost.

Whistle Punks Leeds has a variety of packages catering for couples, groups and even full venue hire for those wanting a different kind of work social or team-building exercise. Christmas packages include lane hire, drinks for everyone on the lane, trophies for winners, sweet treats for all and more. Groups of any size are welcomed and exclusive lanes can be booked with each lane can cater for 10 players. Whistle Punks is a visceral social experience unlike any other, and Leeds’ new Sunday Sessions Bottomless Axe Brunch is set to take that to a whole other level.

Book your free tickets for the launch event at whistlepunks.com using the 100% discount code ‘SUNDAYBRUNCH’.
