The school holidays are nearly upon us, and William’s Den is ready to transport families to the Wild West with an action-packed summer filled with exciting activities. From Monday 22nd July to Monday 2nd September, little cowboys and cowgirls can immerse themselves in a range of adventures designed to make this summer truly unforgettable.
Straw Bale Maze
Back by popular demand and bigger than ever, the Straw Bale Maze promises endless fun as you navigate your way through its winding paths to frontier freedom. Perfect for those who love a bit of countryside fun!
William’s Western Tractor Tour
Upgrade your visit with a ride on William’s favourite mode of transport – the tractor. Hop on the new Wolds Way Express for a delightful tour of the ranch, offering a unique perspective on this Wild West wonderland.
Outlaw’s Treasure Trail
Think you have what it takes to solve the riddles scattered throughout William’s Wild West Woodland? This ain’t Texas – it’s East Yorkshire! Everyone who completes the trail will earn a little reward, making it a must-do for all aspiring treasure hunters.
Daily Hoedown Disco
Get your line dancing shoes on and join the Daily Den Disco! With country music tunes playing and prizes for the best moves, we’re on the lookout for East Yorkshire’s next Dolly Parton.
Family Challenges
William’s Den’s Play Pioneers have prepared a series of family challenges that will get everyone involved. Show off your competitive spirit with Wild West Welly Wanging, Water Fights, Tin Can Alley Shootout, Panning for Gold, and Hobby Horse Riding. There’s fun to be had for every member of the family.
Play & Eat
In addition to the special Wild West activities, all guests can enjoy unlimited indoor and outdoor play at the Den. The fantastic playscape, crafted from natural wood and inspired by the great outdoors, includes webs to climb, rope bridges to tackle, musical instruments to play, tree house hidey holes, enormous sandpits, and an indoor stream and rainmaker. After working up an appetite, you can relish delicious, locally-sourced food and drink at the on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and ice-cream parlour.
