This October, one of Yorkshire’s most anticipated charity events, the Glitter Ball, returns to Rudding Park – and it’s set to dazzle once again. People across the UK, even those without a ticket to the black-tie affair, can still get involved through the Glitter Ball’s exciting online auction. With incredible prizes on offer, all while supporting Martin House Children’s Hospice, there’s plenty of reasons to get bidding!
The glamorous event, which will take place on Friday 11th October, is the biggest annual fundraiser for Martin House, and this year’s proceeds will help fund ‘THE BUILD’ – a £21.9 million project to extend and refurbish the hospice’s facilities. The new facilities, due to be completed by 2025, are being designed in close collaboration with families who use the hospice to ensure their needs are fully met.

The night will be hosted by Your Harrogate’s Nick Hancock and promises an evening of elegance and entertainment, with a Champagne reception, a sumptuous three-course meal, and both live and online auctions featuring showstopping prizes.
This year’s auction highlights include an exclusive two-night stay in a luxury lodge at Rudding Park, complete with dinner at the renowned FIFTY TWO restaurant, spa treatments, and even a woodland bathing experience. For those dreaming of soaring skies, there’s a sunrise balloon flight for two, while foodies will love the chance to win a seven-course tasting menu at Prashad or event tickets for First Direct Arena Leeds.
For just £10 a ticket, one lucky bidder will even have the chance to win the Rudding Park star prize – an unforgettable luxury escape in Yorkshire. And for those with a sweet tooth, HARIBO is offering a year’s supply of their iconic treats!
