What’s On At Sunbridge Wells This Month

Hidden for many years, the famous Victorian tunnels of Bradford’s Sunbridge Wells have been used as prison cells, an air raid shelter and a plumbers yard to name but a few. In 2018, Sunbridge Wells is a unique and characterful retail complex which includes shops, restaurants and bars. 

We can’t believe it’s been open for almost two years already, and in this time its offered a much needed boost to Bradford’s nightlife scene.

Here’s our quick guide to what’s on at Sunbridge Wells throughout August.

The Ultimate Peaky Blinders Night

Date & Time: Thursday 9th August | 8pm – 11pm

A unique evening dedicated to the stylings of the BBCs show, “The Peaky Blinders.” This is a ticket event taking place in the Rose and Crown. 1920s fancy dress is mandatory and guests will receive a free shot of Peaky Blinder’s Gin on arrival and “Party like a Peaky” to tracks from the shows soundtrack. 

There will be a best-dressed competition and among various other attractions. Head over to Skiddle to purchase tickets now.

A Level Results Party

Date & Time:  Thursday 16th August | 7pm – 2am

Sunbridge Wells whats on

Dubbed the largest A Level results party in Bradford, school leavers are invited to party at Sunbridge Wells with a soundtrack of House, RnB, Club Classics and Party Music. This is a multi-venue event across the complex and tickets are just £3.

90s Takeover In Sunbridgewells

Date & Time: Sunday, August 26th | 9pm – 2am

Sunbridge Wells Bank Holiday offering will see the complex open its doors and offer 6 rooms playing tunes from the various music styles which defined the 90s, including Indie, Pop, Soul, Old-school RnB, early Hip-Hop and Dance. Tickets cost just £6.
