An impressive flag display has been created outside The Big Tree pub in Sheffield as Euros football fever takes over the nation. The front of the Greene King pub has been decorated with over 500 flags, in support of Gareth Southgate’s squad ahead of the tournament.
The display took 36 hours to put up and see’s the front of the pub draped with flags of each nation that has made it to the Euros finals this year. Including two, 10ft “Come on England” supporter inflatables, as well as bunting and flags on the inside of the pub.

Adam Chamberlain, general manager at The Big Tree said:
“We can’t wait to get fans back in the pub this summer as the Euros gets underway. Sport is at the heart of our pub, with 6 internal TV screens and an additional 3 screens in the beer garden, so we have amazing viewing ability in all areas.
“We’re really looking forward to lifting community spirit and bringing everyone together, which is why we’ve gone all out by creating the best atmosphere outside of the stadium. Our staff will even be wearing England t-shirts on matchdays to show their support.

“Sheffield is home to the World’s first ever football club so it’s only right we took celebrations to the next level by, creating the biggest and best flag display in the city… if not the country!”
The Big Tree, alongside over 1,000 Greene King pubs will be showing every match across the tournament, with screens and full commentary. Seats are available to book now, giving fans the best view and atmosphere as part of its promise to remain ‘Your Home of Pub Sport’.
