Frive Partners with Yorkshire-based Titus Learning To Launch “My Frive” As It Braces For Rapid Growth

That’s why it’s investing in My Frive – a new learning hub designed to develop talent from the inside out. By putting cutting-edge learning tools directly into the hands of its people, Frive is ensuring the team that built the business is the same team that drives it forward.

The hub gives team members instant access to 600+ learning resources, from mental health and soft‑skill development to industry‑specific compliance courses, provided by the National Skills Association for Food and Drink.

Together with a focus on onboarding and compliance training, My Frive highlights Frive’s commitment to creating a truly inclusive working environment which places both personal and professional development at its core.

Built in partnership with Bradford-based digital learning specialists Titus Learning, who boast partnerships with global brands such as CNN, Dermalogica and Superdry. Since its launch, Frive has seen an impressive uptake from their team, including 95% of their active employees engaging with the platform and 85% completing their mandatory training.
