Turtle Bay Refreshes Menu with Caribbean Classics and New Creations

Turtle Bay launched a brand-new food and drinks menu across all 50 of its restaurants yesterday, marking a vibrant new chapter for the Caribbean-inspired chain.

The refreshed menu celebrates the roots of Turtle Bay’s story, with fresh Caribbean flavours, handcrafted rum cocktails and the unmistakable rhythm of island life. Open from 10am to 10pm daily, with extended hours for music-led late-night sessions at the weekends, guests can enjoy island-inspired breakfasts, laid-back Beach Brunches and all-day dining.

Developed by Turtle Bay’s team of chefs, including MasterChef winner Kezia Dior, the menu is designed for sharing and mixing, featuring classic favourites alongside new dishes. Highlights include Trini Doubles with spiced channa and hot sauce, Tropical Burrata with grilled pineapple and Trini-churri, Coconut Mussels in coconut curry, Mango Fried Chicken, Charred Corn Ribs, Bajan Pork, Whole Sea Bream with garlic butter and Whole Eggplant loaded with smoky flavour. An abundance of sides, from Rice & Peas and Garlic Flatbreads to Sweet Plantain and Creamed Callaloo, completes the offering.

Mornings at Turtle Bay now bring a fresh island rhythm from 10am, with roti wraps, Caribbean breakfasts and tropical juices served to the sound of laid-back reggae. Beach Brunches run through the afternoon, with the Bottomless Brunch now offering more choice and flavour from £26, including cocktails and mocktails.

Cocktails have also been refreshed, with 2-for-£13 offers all day, every day. New signature serves include the Reggae Rum Punch, Jamaican Swizzle and Coffee Rumtini, while the Zero-Proof collection features the Virgin Colada and Strawberry Non-Daiquiri. Each drink celebrates the distinct rum traditions of the Caribbean islands.

The soundtrack is central to the experience, blending reggae icons like Peter Tosh and Dennis Boville with modern voices such as Chronixx and Protoje, creating the vibrant Caribbean vibe Turtle Bay is known for.

Ben Hibbard, Marketing Director, commented, “This is a new era for Turtle Bay. Our new menu celebrates Caribbean soul, bold flavours, premium cocktails and true Caribbean hospitality. We can’t wait to welcome guests like old friends and share food, drinks and music that really bring the islands to life.”

The new menu is now available in all Turtle Bay restaurants nationwide.
