Leeds-based PR and events agency Pink Gorilla Hairy Lemon (PGHL) is celebrating a string of new client wins, adding Leeds United Football Club, Manchester’s Federal Café and national retailer Asda to its growing portfolio.
The agency has been appointed by Leeds United to deliver a media relations and influencer campaign promoting the club’s new collection of hospitality suites and corporate entertaining spaces at Elland Road. The newly unveiled venues include the LUFC 1919 Suite, The Gary Speed Suite, Peter Lorimer Steakhouse and The Hisense Leeds Lounge. Designed to elevate the matchday experience, the suites will also be available for private hire and corporate events.
Manchester favourite Federal Café, founded in 2014, has turned to PGHL to manage media relations, influencer strategy and launch activity for its first venue outside the city. The café, known for its Antipodean-inspired coffee and brunch offering, will open in Leeds later this month.
PGHL will also continue its work with Asda, supporting the rollout of the retailer’s new George concept stores. The agency managed the successful launch of Asda’s rebranded George store in Leeds earlier this year and has now been appointed to oversee the opening of the next store in Hull. The new site will feature an updated layout and expanded ranges across George Home, clothing, baby, toys and general merchandise.
