Chopstix, one of the UK’s favourite noodle bars, is opening its first store in Doncaster’s Frenchgate Shopping Centre on Monday 10th November. The new branch, located in the centre’s food court, will open at 11am with a special opening day event. The first 100 customers will receive a free medium box, and 1,000 free spring rolls will be given away.
The new store will create 20 jobs and join more than a dozen other restaurants and takeaways at Frenchgate. It will operate Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 18:00, and Sunday from 10:30 to 17:00.
Chopstix has quickly become a UK favourite for its fresh and bold Asian flavours served in a quick and accessible way. Signature dishes include Chicken Katsu Curry, Caramel Drizzle Chicken, and Sweet & Sour Chicken, alongside the spicy Firecracker Chicken with a fiery garlic and chilli seasoning.
Fans will also be able to order takeaway or delivery from the Doncaster store via Chopstix Delivery, the Chopstix app, or platforms including UberEats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.

This will be Chopstix’s thirteenth new store of 2025, following openings in Leeds, Huddersfield, Hull, and a revamp in Bridgend. The chain now has over 120 locations across the UK.
