Leeds-based PR and marketing agency Source Marketing has promoted Lewis Scott to Account Director as the firm enters its 25th anniversary year. The promotion follows a period of rapid growth for the agency and represents a significant milestone for Scott, who first joined the business as a university placement student in 2018.
After a stint running his own business, Scott returned to Source full-time in 2023. Since then, he has taken on increasing responsibility for key client accounts and played an integral role in the agency’s recent recruitment drive, overseeing the hiring and onboarding of 2 new executives. In his new senior role, he will lead client strategy and support the long-term development of the agency’s service offering.
Daniel Kennedy, director at Source Marketing said: “Lewis’ progression is yet another example of how the right people can develop and build an incredible career within the business over time. Since returning to Source, Lewis has made a significant impact across both client work and the team. He understands the agency inside out and has always stepped up impressively when given greater responsibility.”

Lewis Scott said: “Having started at Source on placement before returning in a full-time role, I’ve had the opportunity to see the business from different perspectives. I’m looking forward to being even more of a part of the direction and future of Source.”
