A beloved Yorkshire boutique retreat is about to get even more luxurious. Aysgarth Falls Hotel has revealed that in late summer 2026, it will officially unveil a collection of 14 brand-new luxury suites, thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Nestled in a secluded spot between the area’s iconic triple waterfall and the hotel’s main house, the brand-new ‘Hyllside’ suites draw direct inspiration from the textures, tones, and landscape of the local area.
The new additions have been carefully curated into three distinct interior design styles – Traditional, Classic, and Contemporary. Guests can expect woodland-inspired timber finishes, earthy tones, soft mushroom hues, and cornflower blues. To ensure comfort for all visitors, the development includes a fully accessible suite alongside a limited number of pet-friendly suites for those travelling with dogs.

Designed with ultimate relaxation in mind, each suite boasts a superking bed, a spacious lounge area, and a private terrace complete with a freestanding outdoor bath. For those looking for an even more elevated retreat, selected Hyllside Spa Suites will feature enhanced wellness amenities, including private steam shower rooms and striking copper spa baths with jets positioned right on the outdoor terrace. The hotel has also partnered closely with a number of Yorkshire-based brands, suppliers, and craftspeople throughout the project, ensuring the expansion directly supports regional independent businesses.

While the suites offer a highly private and secluded escape, guests will retain easy access to the hotel’s main pub, lounge, and social spaces. This includes the hotel’s premier restaurant, where the menu draws on the extensive high-end experience of Head Chef Umrang Patidar, whose impressive culinary background includes stints at the world-renowned Gleneagles Hotel and Claridge’s.

Jason Brook, CEO of The Brook Group and owner of Aysgarth Falls Hotel, said: “The Yorkshire Dales is a place shaped by its history, the landscape and the communities that have called it home for generations. Dating back to before the Crusades, our historic location right beside Aysgarth Falls itself has provided a place to rest for hundreds of years; now, we welcome guests to our hotel to experience a true luxury experience in the National Park. This development is unique to the Dales in its entirety.”
He added: “The suites truly represent a new chapter for Aysgarth Falls Hotel, one that celebrates the area’s heritage while helping secure its future as a destination for visitors seeking an authentic Yorkshire experience, every season of the year – a story of old roots and new blooms.”
Prices for the standard Hyllside suites start at £245 per night, with the elevated Hyllside Spa Suites starting from £325. Bookings officially open in late summer 2026.
