Following a £1 million transformation over three months, the stylish new space features 26 fully equipped private suites. Each one includes essentials such as a styling chair, sink, storage, climate control, and Wi-Fi. Professionals also have access to shared kitchen space, laundry facilities, WCs and expert mentorship, with everything included in a single weekly rental payment.
Designed to offer complete freedom, the suites are a blank canvas, allowing hairdressers, beauticians, tattoo artists, aestheticians and more to create a workspace that suits their brand. With a rolling monthly contract and all bills included, the model is already proving popular, with more than half of the units reserved before opening day.
Phenix Salon Suites York is the company’s sixth UK location, joining sites in Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool and Derby. All have shown strong results in boosting city centre footfall while supporting local professionals to grow their businesses.
