As the nights draw in and we kiss goodbye to summer, it’s time to enjoy some sipping, grilling, and chilling at everyone’s favourite smokehouse, Hickory’s.
As the UK feels the pinch, diners will be delighted by the return of Hickory’s much-loved smokin’ deals. The super-tasty deals bring you the best of the BBQ smokehouse classics and authentic southern-style dishes, at great value prices, making them the perfect mid-week treat!
From classic steaks & smoked wings to Memphis ribs drenched in their signature BBQ sauce – there are a few old-timers in the line-up along with a couple of ‘new kids on the block!’
So, what’s on the menu?
On Monday it’s time to make way for the all-new Smoky Meatball Po-boy! A mighty foot-long hoagie stuffed with juicy meatballs in a smoked tomato sauce, topped with American cheese, served with skin-on fries and house slaw. (£10.99)
You’ll be in Hog Heaven every Tuesday with a platter of perfection including smoked Memphis-style baby back ribs, crispy magic-dusted chicken wings, hand-pulled pork and BBQ beans, smoked jalapeño and cheese sausage served with skin-on fries and slaw. (£10.99)
Sometimes the old ones are the best, and Wednesday is all about Hickory’s all-time favourite deal, the iconic Steak and Shake. An 8oz flame grilled prime rump steak, cooked just how you like it and served with the milkshake of the day. (£10.99)
And for the final flourish, there’s no shrimpin’ on the ultimate seafood feast! Thursday sees the arrival of the indulgent Seafood Boil. Paying homage to the clam bakes of the southern states, this Creole-style broth with king prawns, mussels, head on white shrimps, shell on clams, crab claws, chorizo sausage, corn, and potatoes, is served with crusty bread – perfect for mopping up the tasty sauce in this celebration of seafood!
