A popular Taiwanese-inspired drinks brand is arriving at Xscape Yorkshire just in time for the Easter break. Bubble CiTea will officially open its doors on Tuesday 31st March, next to Burger King, marking the start of a major nationwide expansion for the company.
The opening brings a new customisable refreshment option to the county’s largest leisure destination. By launching as a franchise led model, the brand is using this Castleford site as the first step in a plan to bring its specialised milk and fruit teas to more communities across the UK.
Visitors can choose from over 20 different flavours and 12 different toppings to create their own unique combinations. Options include the distinctly chewy tapioca balls known as “boba” or “pearls” along with various jelly chunks that can be added to any drink.
To celebrate the launch, the shop is running a special promotion where guests can pick up a bubble tea for just £1. This offer will be available for one full week starting Wednesday 1st April and running until Tuesday 7th April.
