This December, All Bar One Leeds is serving up a delicious festive experience as premium vodka brand Absolut partners with ice cream sensation Little Moons. Together, they’ve created a unique cocktail menu with a delightful mochi twist, available exclusively at All Bar One until 31st December.
The Chalet cocktail menu takes inspiration from the cosy glamour of an après-ski lodge, offering festive sips and sweet treats to brighten the season. Every cocktail is crowned with a Little Moon – a bite-sized ice cream encased in soft rice flour dough, inspired by traditional Japanese mochi.
Guests can enjoy four brand-new cocktails, including an alcohol-free option:
- Cinnamon Bun Espresso
A warming mix of Absolut Vodka, Kahlua, oat drink, and cinnamon roll syrup, topped with a Salted Caramel Little Moon and toffee crumble. - Very Berry Martini
Absolut Raspberri Vodka, Chambord, cranberry juice, lemon puree, and raspberry syrup, finished with a Very Berry Little Moon and dried cranberries. - Smoked Blood Orange Margarita
Olmeca Altos Plata tequila and Del Maguey Puebla Mezcal, blended with blood orange syrup, lime, and agave, topped with a Blood Orange & Pink Grapefruit Little Moon. - Berry on the Rocks (Alcohol-Free)
Everleaf Mountain, cranberry and apple juice, raspberry syrup, and dragon fruit powder, served with a Very Berry Little Moon.
