Alley Cats, a Leeds favourite famed for its delicious burgers, loaded fries, and lively atmosphere, is making a much-anticipated return after a two-month hiatus. Tomorrow marks the reopening of its kitchen, promising customers a heartfelt welcome back and a taste of something special.
The buzz is tangible as Alley Cats prepares to unveil its revamped menu, blending beloved classics with exciting new offerings. From hearty burgers to indulgent loaded fries and Mac n’ Cheese, the menu has been expanded to cater to every craving. Adding a touch of Americana, waffles make their debut, offering both sweet and savoury options to tantalise taste buds.
To celebrate their reopening and showcase the new menu, Alley Cats has a treat in store for its loyal customers. The first 20 guests on Saturday 27th April will be treated to a complimentary burger, a gesture of gratitude for their patience and support during the kitchen’s closure.
Sarah Johnson, General Manager, expressed her enthusiasm for reconnecting with customers and introducing them to the revamped menu. “We’ve missed the hustle and bustle of the kitchen and the joy of serving up delicious food. This reopening is about coming together as a community and sharing good food and good times.”
Beyond the reopening festivities, Alley Cats invites guests to join them for a Bank Holiday Cookout from 3rd to 6th May. Taking to the streets with a street food-style pop-up, the bar aims to create a festival-like atmosphere for all to enjoy.
