With new research revealing that the nation spends around £3.3 billion a month on takeaway, and many looking to reduce their spending in the lead-up to Christmas, Asda have launched a new range, Take-Out Club, which covers everything for the perfect pizza night.
Featuring a selection of brand-new products, alongside a £10 meal deal that delivers two large pizzas, a side or dessert and a dip the range can save shoppers 74% on their takeaway favourites, with the same deal from Domino’s coming to a toe-curling £38.78.
The launch comes as research by Asda reveals that over a quarter (28.9%) of Brits order pizza once a month, despite 1 in 5 (20%) stating that it has the worst value for money of any takeaway, with the addition of drinks, sides and dips skyrocketing the cost.
To combat the rising cost of one of Britain’s favourite cuisines, the Take-Out Club range features 13 new products perfect for a party or a night in.

With four brand-new pizzas in the Take-Out Club range, there’s something for everyone.

The Stuffed Crust Cheese Meltdown (£5.00) comes complete with a garlicky, cheese stuffed crust base, topped with a rich tomato sauce and heaps of mozzarella, cheddar and regato cheese for the perfect cheese pull, with The Stuffed Crust Loaded Pepperoni (£5.00) serving as a succulently meaty counterpart.
For those who prefer a BBQ base, there’s the Classic Crust Smokin’ BBQ Pulled Pork (£5.00). Built on a soft classic crust, the pizza features delicious BBQ pulled pork and a sweet ‘n’ smoky BBQ sauce, all topped off with a blend of gooey mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
