One of the citys most iconic bars is adding a new string to its bow, launching an all-new pizza menu, just in time for summer. The multi-award-winning Fibre has become something of an institution, constantly reinventing itself over its 24 years in business to remain at the forefront of the vibrant Leeds scene.
Alongside hosting some of the most legendary parties in the city’s history, including countless bank holiday Courtyard Parties and Pride events, Fibre is set to be the place to be for those seeking tasty post-work food and drinks.
Now, guests can enjoy a selection of mouth-watering stoned baked pizzas. Options include a fragrant Pesto Pizza, which comes loaded with cheese and sweet bell peppers, and the Hot & Spicy, which is generously topped with warming chorizo, chillies, and pastrami ham.
Bespoke creations
Those looking for something a little more traditional can seek out the Margherita topped with rich pizza sauce and gooey mozzarella, or the loaded Pepperoni. Fibre’s mixologists have also been busy crafting their most enticing summer cocktail menu to date, which includes some exceptional bespoke creations.
New serves include the Platanos, a fruity blend of Volare Banana Liqueur, Cazcabel Honey Tequila, vanilla syrup, pineapple, and lemon. The House of Blues is a boozy number which mixes Jack Daniels Apple Bourbon, Blue Curacao, Wray & Nephew Rum and apple juice to great effect, whilst the Mango Island is a bona fide tequila-led fruit bomb.
Guests can choose to drink and dine in the laidback lounge area on the ground floor, or out on the bar’s infamous courtyard and second floor terrace when the sun is shining. On weekdays, visitors can take advantage of the bar’s popular BOGOF deal on all drinks via the official Bar Fibre app and to celebrate the launch of the new food menu, guests can enjoy a free 6’inch pizza with every drink purchased, available Sunday – Friday till 8pm
As one of Leeds most beloved independent entertainment spots, Fibre has hosted some of the best local and international DJ talent and is synonymous with upfront and cutting-edge house music.
Dance-floor hotspot
On weekends, the whole bar transforms into the essential Leeds dance-floor hotspot once the sun goes down, and the top floor Penthouse opens up for the ultimate VIP experience. Saturday’s play host to Fibre’s now infamous Drag Brunch event, where bottomless drinks, electric drag queen performances and now delicious pizzas.
