Where to get a brilliant brunch in Harrogate
The Ivy Harrogate Brasserie
7-9 Parliament St, Harrogate HG1 2QU

Probably one of the most elegant venues for brunch in Harrogate, The Ivy on Parliament Street offers all-day dining in a sophisticated setting. Boasting high ceilings, Art Deco features and some exceptional antique ornamental pieces, the dining room provides a luxurious setting for a delicious brunch. Don’t let the ornate decor fool you into presuming that dining at The Ivy will be a pretentious affair; brunch here is informal and laidback despite the astonishingly Instagrammable setting.
Brunch at The Ivy is served on weekends and bank holidays only so we recommend booking ahead. The Ivy has a superb reputation so it fills up rather quickly. Served from 11 am until 3:45 pm their brunch menu is one of the most extensive we’ve seen. Mainly focused on modern British cuisine, it features an incredible selection of starters and mains. All the breakfast and brunch favourites are on there such as Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale and Buttermilk Pancakes in addition to British classics such as Fish & Chips plus some more unexpected offerings like Lobster Linguine. Prices for brunch mains at the Ivy range from £8.95 to £33.95 so there’s something on there to suit most budgets.

The focus at The Foundry Project is primarily on its exceptional range of cocktails, in particular, its signature selection of smoked cocktails so whatever you choose to eat, expect to wash it down with something incredible.
Like all good brunches right now, brunch at The Foundry Project is a bottomless one. For just £25 per person, you can enjoy any dish from their Breakfast and Brunch menu plus unlimited Prosecco, Bellini’s, Mimosas or Bloody Marys during a two-hour time slot. As is the case with most bottomless brunch menus, there aren’t a huge number of dishes to choose from but what is on offer sounds mouthwateringly good!
Start your day with healthy Smashed Avo on Toast, go for something meaty with their Full English Shakshuka, soak up the previous night’s booze with their Hangover Pizza or satisfy a sweet craving with Caramel & Pecan American Pancakes. There’s a total of eight dishes to choose from plus a range of ‘Pimped Up’ Fries which all sound deliciously naughty.

Mama Doreen’s is a gorgeous boutique tea room in the centre of Harrogate. Revolucion de Cuba
18-20 Parliament St, Harrogate HG1 2QZ
Tel: 01423 226133
We’re big fans of the Revolucion de Cuba chain and have already reviewed the one in Leeds. Harrogate’s venue is seemingly very similar with its vibrant atmosphere, calendar of fun-filled events and a mouthwatering menu of Latin-inspired dishes. If you’re after a non-traditional brunch in Harrogate that promises to deliver maximum flavour then this is the place for you!
Brunch at Revolucion de Cuba is served every day and the menu is bursting with brunch favourites that have been given a flavoursome Latin twist. For example, their version of the classic Eggs Benedict, the Cuban Benedict, includes pulled pork in a citrus and garlic marinade rather than the usual ham. Other dishes available include Chorizo Hash, Sweetcorn Fritters and Breakfast Buritto. If you’d rather stick to the traditional English breakfast then they also do a cracking Full Grilled Breakfast plus a vegetarian version.
Of course, Revolucion de Cuba also offers a Bottomless Brunch deal. For £30 pp, you’ll begin with a mimosa and a portion of guac and chips. Then, you may choose one main dish from their brunch menu to be served alongside a portion of patatas bravas. For 90 minutes, you can enjoy unlimited Bloody Marys, Strawberry Daiquiris, Prosecco and more. Those who prefer to wash down their brunch with something non-alcoholic get a £5 discount. Sound good? It gets better! For an additional £10 pp you can upgrade your Bottomless Brunch to include one of their premium dishes and as many Pornstar Rumtinis as you can manage. Premium dishes include their amazing burritos and bowls plus their super tasty Cuban Cheeseburger.
