Carrot cake is back on dessert menus this autumn, and Heavenly Desserts is celebrating the trend with a limited-edition creation: Carrot Cake 2.0, available nationwide until 9th November.
The dessert combines spiced carrot and walnut cake soaked in vanilla milk syrup with layers of cheesecake cream, rich gajar halwa and pistachios. It is served in a signature sealed tin, blending traditional flavours with a modern presentation.

Kamaal Khaliq, Menu and New Product Development Lead at Heavenly Desserts, said: “Carrot Cake 2.0 is everything I hoped it would be. After many variations, we reached our final version, which is visually stunning, ridiculously tasty, and the type of dessert where you pause as you take your first bite. The flavours nod towards the classic Gajar Halwa, bringing a warm sense of nostalgia within the South Asian community, where this sweet represents family, celebration, and comfort. I’m extremely proud to have played a part in bringing this dessert to life for my very first LTO.”
With carrot cake emerging as one of the season’s most popular flavours, Carrot Cake 2.0 combines familiarity with innovation, offering dessert lovers a chance to rediscover a classic in a completely new way.
The dessert will be available until 9th November.
