Meet the Miami Spice
The MIAMI SPICE is the latest brainchild of Fat Hippo’s renowned BurgerLab and showcases Miami Foods’ brand-new plant-based Southern-fried chicken fillet. This juicy fillet is glazed with a sweet-and-spicy togarashi maple sauce, drizzled with tangy gochujang BBQ, and topped with a refreshing Asian slaw. To crown it all, there’s a generous slathering of creamy katsu mayo, all nestled in a toasted buttered milk loaf bun.
And because Fat Hippo is all about going the extra mile, the burger comes with a free side of your choice – think hand-cut chips, skinny fries, or crunchy slaw. For those craving something even more indulgent, the new KATSU FRIES, loaded with gochujang BBQ sauce, Asian slaw, and katsu mayo, are available separately and not to be missed.
