Leeds-based Spuds ‘n’ Bros puts a twist on loaded fries, offering traditional Canadian poutine with various toppings, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Little Red Food Truck satisfies fried chicken and fries cravings, offering veggie, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
Shouk presents the fluffiest pittas and Middle Eastern shawarma, crafted with the best ingredients and flavours. Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, assures guests that the new lineup promises an exciting variety of unique food offerings, catering to everyone’s tastes. These newcomers join permanent eateries like Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and Doner Shack.
