Heavenly Desserts York has been named North Yorkshire’s Best Dessert Shop at the prestigious England Business Awards, recognising its exceptional desserts and strong community focus.
The award followed a thorough judging process, including a mystery shopper assessment of service, food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere, alongside the restaurant’s charitable work and role in enhancing York’s dessert scene.
Since opening four years ago, Heavenly Desserts York has become a local favourite, celebrated for its freshly baked waffles, crepes, pancakes, and patisserie-style tarts. The venue also serves daily brunch and participates in community events such as York’s Ice Trail and live cooking demonstrations at York Festival.
