Boojum is bringing a flavour revolution to Leeds with the biggest menu update in its history. Launched yesterday, 28th January, fans can now try eight new chef-curated Signature dishes, snacking tacos, new proteins, and the arrival of crispy, spiced Patatas.
The new menu is designed to make ordering simple and fast, especially for first-timers or anyone looking for flavour inspiration. Highlights include the California Birria – a fully loaded burrito or bowl featuring slow-cooked beef birria, golden Patatas, and fresh guacamole for a West Coast-inspired kick. For those craving comfort with a spicy twist, the Fully Loaded Chilli Bowl combines Mexican rice, beef chilli, cheese, pickled onions, and chorizo crunch in one hearty bowl.
Salad lovers aren’t left out either. The Chipotle Caesar Salad mixes smoky chipotle dressing with spiced chicken and crisp lettuce for a satisfying crunch. Fans of the limited-time Cholula Hot Honey Chicken will be pleased to hear it’s now a permanent menu item.

Every section of the menu has been upgraded. Boojum’s new Mexican Spiced Patatas can be enjoyed on the side, as a topping on burritos and bowls, or as part of the new Snacking Tacos – perfect for a quick, flavour-packed bite. And the fully customisable “build-your-own” menu remains, now with even more options including Birria Beef, Pineapple Habanero Salsa, and Macha Salsa.
