This August, Eat Leeds Restaurant Week is full of offers and delicious treats that will be sure to keep Mummy and Daddy bear and all of their cubs happy. As the cost of living crisis continues to bite and with the long summer break ahead of us – we can’t go round it, we can’t go under it, we have to go through it – and Restaurant Week is here to help with tasty, money saving deals.

Eat Leeds Restaurant Week is offering specially crafted menus of £5, £10, £15, £20 and £25 deals. Don’t worry about the cost of travel as we’re continuing our successful partnership with First Bus, who are continuing the single flat fare tickets of £2 each so diners can save some extra pennies and enjoy the free Leeds Bear Hunt across the city.

Families will be able to enjoy a full day out discovering the Leeds Bear Hunt and reading the heartwarming stories of the children cared for by Leeds Children’s Hospital whilst also being able to indulge in exclusive restaurant offers from more than 30 restaurants.

For customers that need a little ‘paws’ from their exploration, MEATliquor is offering any burger for £5, with the option to upgrade with Salt & Pepper fries and a shake for those with a big bear appetite. Revolution De Cuba offer a diverse range of menus for those with different budgets and cravings. Fourth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols would be the perfect place to celebrate to end of the hunt with their offer of a cake and a glass of fizz for £10, which would be perfect to share between mummy bear and her girlfriends.

Leeds Bear Hunt showcases 35 giant bear sculptures and nearly 50 bear cubs hidden in plain sight, bringing Michael Rosen’s iconic children’s picturebook, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, to life. The family-friendly trail is free and highlights iconic spots and hidden gems for locals or visitors to discover.

Each bear is a one-of-a-kind design, created by a local, national or international artist, designer or illustrator. Pick up a map from the Bear Cave, located in Trinity Leeds where all sales profits will help Leeds Hospitals Charity make a difference to some of our hospital’s smallest patients.
