Chocolate fans are in for a treat this festive season as Lindt brings its own spin on the viral Dubai chocolate trend to the UK. The luxurious Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate bar is now available in select stores, including the Trinity Leeds store, just in time for Christmas.
The Dubai chocolate craze first caught the attention of food lovers and social media users worldwide in 2021 when Sarah Hamouda of FIX Dessert Chocolatier created the recipe. The trend exploded after gaining momentum on TikTok thanks to influencers like Maria Vehera. The combination of pistachios and milk chocolate, alongside other Middle Eastern-inspired flavours, has since captured the hearts (and tastebuds) of millions.
Now, Lindt’s Master Chocolatiers have put their own unique twist on the recipe. The 145g Dubai-style chocolate bar is a mouthwatering blend of creamy milk chocolate, 45% pistachios, and a crunchy Kadayif pastry topping. It’s the perfect indulgence for Christmas celebrations or as a luxurious stocking filler for any chocolate enthusiast.
Stefan Bruderer, Master Chocolatier at Lindt & Sprüngli, said: “We’re always tapped into consumer trends and after we saw how well the Dubai chocolate craze went down on social media, we knew we had to get involved and put our very own twist on it.”
The new bars are available from 18th December in select Lindt stores across the UK, including Leeds Trinity, Bicester Village, McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, and Bluewater in Dartford, with an RRP of £10.00. Be quick, though – it’s available while stocks last!
