Trinity Kitchen at Trinity Leeds has launched a fresh street‑food line‑up to help visitors beat the winter chill with warming dishes from across the globe. The new vendors arrive tomorrow, Tuesday 27th January, and will be serving incredible flavours for the next nine weeks.
Food lovers can tuck into juicy burgers, pillowy bao buns, Venezuelan arepas, Irish spice bags and more, with a selection designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Trinity Kitchen regularly rotates its street food vans and traders to bring new ideas and cuisines to the city centre, complementing the permanent eateries under the centre’s iconic glass roof.

7 Star Flag offers a taste of Venezuela with gluten‑free golden corn pockets stuffed with slow‑cooked brisket or stir‑fried chicken with grilled halloumi, plus loaded fries topped with special sauces and options for vegans and vegetarians.
Doles Dirty Bag returns with Irish‑inspired spice bags, featuring crispy seasoned chips, fried chicken, peppers and onions smothered in curry sauce. New to the menu this winter are crispy beef strips in spicy chilli sauce with skin‑on fries, pickled carrot, spring onions and chilli, and a tofu option for vegetarians.

Masri brings mouth‑watering burgers drizzled with special sauces and fresh salad on soft buns. The menu caters to halal diets and includes vegan and vegetarian choices. Also back by popular demand is Luna’s Schnitzel, serving tender fried chicken schnitzels with rich cheese melt and slow‑roasted tomato sauce on freshly baked challah bread with fresh tomatoes, gherkins and lettuce.

Ka‑Bao delivers flavour‑packed bao buns, whether it’s spicy Sriracha, Korean barbecue or crispy fried tofu, with comfort food wrapped in fluffy buns and the option to enjoy crispy fried chicken with loaded fries.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re kicking off 2026 with a celebration of both classic favourites and exciting, culturally inspired dishes from some of our most loved food vendors. Trinity Kitchen is all about exploration and allowing people to discover new tastes and flavours in a welcoming, vibrant environment.”
The new street‑food traders will be part of Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 29 March, alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Clapping Seoul, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Rola Wala and Thatziki.
