Newcomer dairy brand SuperNutrio has taken home two awards at its first major competitive outing, following a strong showing at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show.
Produced by the family-owned St Helen’s Farm dairy in the Vale of York, SuperNutrio is a high-protein, high-calcium cow’s milk designed to meet growing demand for functional nutrition. Its High Protein Semi-Skimmed Milk won Silver in the Newly Launched Dairy Product category, while the High Protein Whole Milk earned Bronze.
The Great Yorkshire Show is one of the UK’s most respected agricultural events, attracting the best in British food and farming. It marked an ideal stage for SuperNutrio’s official debut.
SuperNutrio is made by filtering two litres of cow’s milk down into one, concentrating its natural protein and calcium without using any additives or preservatives. The result is a creamy milk that contains twice the protein and 80% more calcium than standard milk.
Its versatility has made it a popular choice among fitness enthusiasts, families seeking a more filling option for children, and older adults looking to support their dietary needs.
SuperNutrio’s launch success was echoed by its sister brand, St Helen’s Farm, which picked up three bronze awards across its goat dairy yoghurts and cheeses – a further sign of the group’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Bill Randles, Managing Director of St Helen’s Farm and SuperNutrio, said: “These awards reflect our continued dedication to producing delicious, nutritious, and high-quality dairy for our customers. We’re especially pleased to see SuperNutrio receive recognition so soon after its launch, and it’s a testament to the passion and hard work of our team. We hope that this is just the start of things to come for what is a very exciting product proposition.”
