The Ivy Collection is celebrating the Spring Bank Holiday weekend, and the accompanying warm weather, with a series of limited-time food and drink promotions running from tomorrow, Saturday 23rd May to Monday 25th May 2026.
To kick off the summer season, the restaurant group has partnered with Ultimate Provence to introduce an exclusive rosé menu across its outdoor terraces. Throughout the three-day bank holiday weekend, guests can order a glass poured directly from an Ultimate Provence Jeroboam bottle for a discounted price of £12.50 (usually priced at £17.75).

Additionally, locations nationwide are debuting a brand-new Sensational Saturday menu this weekend. The specially curated menu features a three-course meal paired with a glass of English Sparkling wine for £50 per person, highlighting globally inspired flavours and interactive tableside service.
Diners can also take advantage of a wider seasonal promotion running until 31st May, which gives guests an extra £40 dining credit when they book online and spend £100 or more at the restaurant.
