The Ivy St Helen’s Square has unveiled its exclusive ‘Race All Day Specials’ to coincide with the highly anticipated York Races, running from 13th May to 15th May 2026. Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant has designed a limited-edition menu to cater to race-goers from their morning preparations through to post-race festivities. The celebration begins with a premium breakfast offering, The Ivy Festival Extra Full English (£19.95), which features smoked streaky bacon, Cumberland herbed sausages, fried free-range hen’s eggs, potato rösti, black pudding, and sourdough toast.

For evening celebrations, the menu introduces a curated selection of race-themed food and drink, including The Strawberry Saddle (£11.95), a festive cocktail crafted with strawberry, rosé, and prosecco. Diners can also enjoy The Ivy Triple Truffle Burger (£25.95), which comprises three 3oz coal-grilled beef patties served on brioche with smoked bacon, Cheddar, truffle sauce, and triple-cooked chips. To conclude the meal, the kitchen is serving a Guinness Fudge Parfait (£11.25), a decadent dessert featuring Guinness-infused fudge, dark chocolate mousse, and vanilla ice cream.

Guests can join us for a pre-race breakfast to begin the festivities or continue the celebrations into the evening, with the menu designed to make race day feel even more special for visitors.”
