Trinity Kitchen has rolled out a new wave of street-food traders, serving up bold flavours and comfort food to see Leeds through the colder months. From Indo-Mexican tacos to Canadian-style loaded fries, the line-up promises something for every craving.
Pinaari are making their first appearance at Trinity Kitchen with an Indo-Mexican menu that is big on flavour. Their Fish Pakora Tacos, crispy, spiced and fresh, are already tipped to be a crowd favourite.

Familiar names are back, too. Tikk’s Thai Kitchen have returned with bao buns stuffed with crispy chicken and peanut satay or sriracha mayo, alongside their well-loved Penang curry. Spuds & Bros are serving up their take on Canadian poutine with cheese curds and rich gravy piled high over fries, and plenty of vegan and gluten-free twists.

Shouk are back with their Levantine-inspired plates, featuring fluffy pitas, halloumi and shawarmas packed with flavour. It is also the last chance to grab a bite from Little Red Food Truck, who are bowing out with their gluten-free smash burgers, fried chicken and plant-based options before closing for good.

Theo Jefferson-Brown, F&B Retail Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “As the autumn chill sets in, we’ve carefully handpicked a line-up of great street food vendors serving the ultimate comfort food. From exciting new flavours to much-loved favourites, there’s something to tempt every palate. Whether you’re after a quick lunch to warm you up or a hearty dinner to share with friends and family, our collection of mouth-watering new dishes makes Trinity Kitchen the perfect stop this season.”
The new vendors will be at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 23rd November, alongside regulars including Archie’s, Clapping Seoul, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Tortilla.
